YUM!
I had the papaya hot dish served with shredded papaya and seasonal okinawa vegetables, miso soup, pickeled salad with the cutest little cucumbers i have ever seen, and a bread biscuit that we referred to as ham bread. I think it was a red bean in the center but we went with "ham" to make it sound even more scrumptious.
